TELEHEALTH

Telehealth services through live video will have the same procedures as face-to-face. It will be private and confidential. Telehealth from the office on a secure, high-speed internet connection with firewall-protected services. 

Telehealth services are provided through Therapy Notes.  It is the same service used to schedule an appointment. . You will need to set up an account with the Therapy Notes Portal.

When your appointment request is confirmed, you will receive an email to set up a link to your portal account. 

You can access the therapy portal at:   https://www.therapyportal.com/p/dianedelk/

Once you log in, click "Join Session" at the scheduled time of your appointment.
