Fee for Services

You will be asked to pay for services at the time of your session.    Diane Delk Counseling therapist(s), charges a fee for providing services. The standard fee is $175 for the initial appointment and $125 for ongoing 45-minute sessions after that, and $150 for family therapy sessions; however, managed care and insurance contracts may have preset fees that we are required to accept if we are contracted with them as a provider.  For us to set realistic treatment goals and priorities for you, it is important to evaluate what resources you have available to pay for your treatment. If you have a health insurance policy, it will usually provide some coverage for mental health or substance abuse treatment. 

We accept cash, check, credit card, and Health Savings Accounts for payment.

You can pay online using the Therapy Notes Portal.  It is the same portal used to schedule appointments and telehealth services. To do that, you will need to set up an account with the Therapy Notes Portal.

When your initial first-time appointment request is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to set up your portal account.   If you already have an account and forgot your login information, please contact us via email or text.
